Non-Returnable Products
Returns will not be accepted for:

- Products damaged after delivery

Return Request
Customers should notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Clear photographs

Inspection
All returned items are inspected before approval.
If approved:
- Replacement will be provided, or
- Refund will be processed.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Refunds are issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Bulk Orders
Bulk or customized orders, private label products, and specially packed products are generally non-refundable unless damaged or incorrectly supplied.
